FermentLog is currently in beta. Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. By joining the beta program, you understand and accept this.
FermentLog is a personal record-keeping tool for fermentation enthusiasts. It is designed to help you organize and track your batches, recipes, and notes for kombucha, kimchi, kefir, sauerkraut, and similar fermented foods and beverages. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and all fermentation decisions you make. KRH Digital is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of this app.
FermentLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRH Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FermentLog, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to use FermentLog only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable food safety regulations in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify beta users by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
